摘要：
Face seals are important components in mechanical transmission systems and are widely used in various mechanical parts. They play a critical role in preventing oil leakage and ensuring the proper operation of transition systems.
Traditionally, face seal components are mainly manufactured from hard cast iron or sintered ceramics. These manufacturing processes are relatively complex and time-consuming, resulting in longer delivery times.
Against this background, this study combines thermal spray coating technology with a new forging process to develop an alternative manufacturing method for face seal components. This report mainly introduces the application of thermally sprayed coatings in the development of face seals.
报告人简介：
赵力东，1986年清华大学学士学位；1989年中科院金属研究所硕士学位；1998年德国亚琛工业大学博士学位。研究方向：自1994以来，在德国亚琛工业大学从事科研和教学工作。主要研究方向包括利用热喷涂技术开发各种保护和功能涂层。发表文章150余篇。3次获得秀论文和技术成就奖。
